Gradual discontinuation of the Tropimed platform

We would like to inform you that the Tropimed platform will gradually cease its operations. Since January 1, 2026, we have stopped selling any new subscriptions or renewals.

However, Tropimed will remain fully operational for users with active access until December 31, 2026. After this date, the platform will no longer be available.

If you have any personal documents in your customer account, please download them by December 31, 2026. After this date, they will no longer be available.

This decision is part of a strategic evolution of our services and solutions to better meet current market needs. We are deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in us.

  1. What services are included in a subscription?

    An annual subscription includes the following:

    • Unlimited access to the continuously updated online version
    • Online epidemiological news
    • Monthly epidemiological news by email
    • Automatic online updates
  2. What is the difference between Epidemiological News and Faxnews?

    News are available online and updated weekly by professionals who track the most recent news in the area. News items include potential consequences for travelers with links to references and additional information. You may search News by date or keyword in the past two years and News items can be sent by email.
    This service is reserved exclusively for subscribers.

    Faxnews is a selection of the most important epidemiological News of the month. It is sent monthly to Swiss and German subscribers by fax.
    This allows you to quickly see the most important News of the month.

  3. How much does it cost to subscribe?

    The annual cost for a single workstation license (annual personal license for one user) is USD 219 (EUR 165 for EU countries).

  4. What is a multi-user license?

    A multi-user license gives the right to use Tropimed on several computers for several users. This formula is intended for those who wish to have several users connecting to Tropimed. The rates are digressive according to the number of accesses purchased.

  5. How to choose a license?

    Single user license
    When a user subscribes, he or she has the right to use the application on a single computer. The license is personal and cannot be transferred to a third party.

    Multi-user license
    The user determines the number of local or networked workstations or the number of doctors using the program, for a medical office.

    For example:
    two pharmacies = two sales points = two licenses
    one medical office = one license x number of doctors

    For small- or medium-size clinics:
    We offer an annual price per site for an unlimited number of users and simultaneous sessions.

    For companies:
    We offer an annual price related to the type of use, the number of workstations and the type of service needed. Contact us for more information.

    For institutions (Universities, Hospitals, Clinics, Libraries):
    We offer a preferential price. This however is still based on the number of users and/or the type of use (commercial, educational, etc.). Contact us for more information.
